This oil spill is depressing. I have felt really bad since the beginning and it is proving to be a nightmare. Spent a night awake thinking of Florida's coral reefs. That sucks!!
A simple question to these oil companies; Does the technology exist to stem the flow on any well blowout at 5000'? Ask Chevron, Exxon or whatever and it is a resounding NO. They are all able to drill at 9000' but no working plan in case of a spill at 3 or 4000' or beyond. Sick .
What is it with the weather in Miami? Normal temps for this time is 91 for God's sake. June is running 97, 98 but it feels like 105.
Keep planning those trips, but nothing is happening. Need to get out and go on a driving trip. Nice to do CA,NV and AZ.Got to take all the papers for the Arizona Republic.
